Begin with our 15-week business plan development curriculum that guides participants in creating a complete, industry-ready business plan. Following the successful completion of this curriculum, participants become eligible for the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program, where they can hone their business skills.

OJT & Apprenticeship Pathways Workbased Learning

The OJT and Apprenticeship Pathway connects classroom learning with practical experience, allowing youth to apply their 15-week business training in paid placements. They gain insights into operations while refining their business plans into launch-ready ventures with professional guidance.
